Meet the Director!

With over 10 years of experience in the dog grooming industry, my passion for dogs has always been at the heart of everything I do.

After spending two years working at Dogs Rock, I knew this was more than just a salon I loved being part of — it was the salon I wanted to own one day. I had a vision of creating a welcoming, friendly environment where dogs receive the very best care, attention and love, and I’m incredibly proud to have turned that dream into reality.

My love for dogs extends far beyond the grooming table. I’m also passionate about showing my nine dogs around the country and competing at the prestigious Crufts.

Showing has given me invaluable experience, a deeper understanding of different breeds, and an even greater appreciation for breed standards, coat care and canine welfare.

For me, grooming is about so much more than making dogs look beautiful. It’s about understanding each dog’s individual needs, building trust, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing, and making every visit a positive experience for both dogs and their owners.

As director, I’m incredibly proud of the team we’re building and the salon we’ve created. I’m passionate about providing a professional yet personal service, where every dog is treated like one of our own and every owner can feel confident that their beloved companion is in safe, caring hands.

After more than a decade in the industry, my love for what I do continues to grow every day.

Alex

Now, let’s introduce Alex, the multitasking hero at Dogs Rock Ltd. From bather and dryer to receptionist and admin extraordinaire, Alex is the dog oracle with over a decade of experience in Hydrotherapy.

With a home full of 17 dogs, including Cockers, Springers, Terriers, Labradors, Collie and a Poodle! She regularly fosters dogs for rescues, showcasing her dedication to our four legged friends.

Alex, along with Katie, is an avid raw feeder, always ready to share insights and advice for those considering a switch to a raw diet for their dogs.

Hollie

Meet Hollie.

Hollie has been part of our grooming journey from day one, learning the ropes alongside Ben and developing her skills and passion for dog grooming along the way. She joins us on an ad hoc basis and is a truly valued member of our team.

When she’s not helping make our four-legged clients look and feel their best, Hollie is kept busy at home by her three gorgeous dogs — two Chihuahuas and a Shih Tzu!

As well as being a talented groomer, Hollie is a wonderful friend and a much-loved part of our salon family.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the team, and we’re always happy to have her on board whenever she’s in the salon!

Together, this dynamic trio forms the unbeatable team at Dogs Rock Ltd, where knowledge, passion, expertise, and love for dogs come together in perfect harmony.
